"IN PLAIN SIGHT: The Life that God is Looking For"

May 10, 2026    Aaron Atchley

This Sunday, we’ll continue our journey through Isaiah by asking what kind of life God is actually looking for. We’ll recognize that it’s possible to do all the right things—worship, pray, seek God—and still feel like something is off when our faith becomes disconnected from how we live. Isaiah points us toward a different kind of life, where faith takes shape in how we treat people and how we respond to the needs around us. We’ll be reminded that this is a consistent thread throughout Scripture: real faith is expressed through love that moves toward others. We’ll also hear a promise—that as our lives begin to align with God’s heart, we begin to experience His presence in real and meaningful ways. The invitation for us is to pay attention to who is right in front of us this week and to respond differently. Our hope is that we leave ready to live our faith in ways that others can actually see.
